Well, that’s another Christmas gone and what a lovely one it was! Residents and staff enjoyed a month of festivities including entertainment by swing singer Mickey Fordola, a festive singalong with Bring A Smile Entertainment & a warm cozy evening with St. James’ Choir singing carols on the grand staircase. Canon Annette Reed joined us for our annual Christingle Service, we’ve loved visits from our wonderful Therapy Dogs, we thoroughly enjoyed making a glorious mess making mince pies with children from Little Paxton Pre-School & threw in a couple of seated exercise sessions to burn off the mince pies and chocolate. But most of all we enjoyed welcoming families and friends in to come and enjoy the festive season with their loved ones.
Here’s to 2024 and making it even more memorable.
