From the moment I walked in, I knew this was the right place [for my mother]. The staff are all caring, friendly, respectful of the residents and aware of their individual needs, patient and always keeping the resident’s company. I think care would be the word I would use to describe Paxton Hall.
Care of the residents, and the surroundings and is always clean and tidy. The food is brilliant, and the gardens are beautiful. I feel so lucky to have found Paxton Hall. I am happy, the family is happy, but most importantly my mother is happy.
