I am Emma Laughton, the registered manager for Paxton Hall since January 2024. I have worked within the care sector for 20 years and have been impressed by the quality of care at Paxton Hall and by the amazing management and care team who have made me feel so welcome. I enjoy spending time with our residents and getting to know them and all about their lives. I also enjoy working with staff who are so caring and work so hard. I love the job.

I have worked at Paxton Hall for 28 years this year (2024). Paxton Hall has been my home since I left school and has seen me grow, through getting married and having my three sons. Care is my calling in life, and I could never imagine doing anything else. I love getting to know each resident individually, learning their histories and hearing their many interesting stories from their long lives. As deputy manager I have varied responsibilities at Paxton Hall including developing and updating care plans for all residents.

I am Liz Bryan and have worked at Paxton Hall as the Administrator for 14 years. I have a varied role as the Administrator but love being with the residents and hearing their stories. I am very passionate about trying to help people when they come to us looking for care for their loved ones. I normally show prospective residents and their relatives around the home and answer their questions.
