We are inviting applications from senior care assistants with experience in leading teams or shifts in care homes for the elderly or in hospitals. The successful candidate(s) will lead shifts of 5 or 6 Care Assistants. You may also be assigned specific quality improvement projects within the home.
We invite you to join our team of supervisors if:
– You are interested in either a full-time 40 hours per week role or a job share.
– You have a Level 3 or higher qualification in Health and Social Care; and
– You have a compassionate and caring personality.
– You are diligent and committed to deliver a high standard of care.
– You are willing to lead small teams of caring staff.
– You live locally and are willing to work alternate weekends.
